Job summary

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in Arizona.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse, assess physical/mental health needs and administer medications.
• Lead, teach, and advocate while collaborating with healthcare and correctional staff.
• Guide treatment plans from start to finish and support patient education.
• Respond to crises and help maintain safety and standards across the unit.
