Regency Hospital – Oregon seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem-night shifts at Oregon, OH. Candidates must have a valid RN license and BLS/ACLS at hire. The role involves admissions, patient assessments, documentation, telemetry, and rapid response participation.

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule: PRN / Per Diem Night Shift

Compensation: $51.00 per hour, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends

*This position requires the ability to pick up shifts at both our Sylvania and Oregon locations, as needed.
