Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our wellness hospitality team in a on-site capacity. You will provide nursing care, health guidance, and education to guests, coordinating with physicians and healing practitioners for prescribed treatments.

The role requires at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, an active RN license, CPR certification, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

  • RN license in state and CPR certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or medical office setting.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and health guidance to guests by assessing needs, identifying risks, and developing individualized education and care plans.
  • Review health questionnaires, conduct pre-arrival consultations, and deliver health education, counseling, referrals, and wrap-up sessions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and health practitioners to implement prescribed treatment plans for guests on-site and post-stay.
  • Perform and support medical tests, procedures, screenings, and medication administration per scope of practice and Canyon Ranch policies.
  • Respond to emergencies, follow SOPs, and maintain daily emergency equipment checks.
  • Complete required documentation, maintain medical records and databases, coordinate follow-up care, and ensure continuity of care across departments.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Reviews and evaluates health questionnaires, conducts pre‑arrival consultations, and delivers health education, counseling, referrals, and wrap‑up sessions.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) credential from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current, active state Nursing License and CPR certification for healthcare providers.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong teamwork, multitasking, independent decision‑making skills, with flexibility and adaptability to change.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position starts at $36.00 per hour. The wage may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure or certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
