Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document resident conditions and responses
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams
Participate in care planning and assessments
Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance
Current RN license in the state of employment
CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent)
One year of long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
