Job summary

Progressive Quality Care is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses (LPN or RN) for night shifts to provide direct resident care in a caring, team-focused environment. You will deliver care per individualized plans, administer medications, and monitor responses to treatments.

Ideal candidates have an active state license, CPR certification, and at least one year in long-term care, with strong clinical and communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities
