Job Summary
To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member. Registered Nurses will provide on site coverage of a 12-bed adolescent PRTF and a small 4-6 bed young adult RTFA. The Nurse is responsible for oversight and provision of medication administration and medication monitoring; oversight and coordination of physical health of residents; provision of metabolic screenings; vitals; restraint oversight and following assessments and collaboration with RTF team including psychiatrist.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of RN program and active PA RN license in good standing.
- Experience in behavioral health care
- Valid driver\'s license required
- Own an insured vehicle for personal use
