Responsibilities

Location: Peoria, IL

Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Days or Nights

Salary: $32.00 – $49.00/hour

Sign-On Bonus:

• New Graduates: Up to $12,500
• RNs with 1+ Year of Experience: Up to $20,000

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our General Medicine units. The RN will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.

The Registered Nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, provide emotional and psychological support, educate patients and families, and promote positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality, competent nursing care while practicing at the highest level of RN licensure.
• Assess, plan, organize, and direct nursing care in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care across the healthcare continuum.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Delegate appropriate responsibilities based on team members' skills and competency.
• Serve as a patient advocate and promote compassionate, service-oriented care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding healthcare needs and treatment plans.
• Support the orientation and development of new team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote clinical excellence.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current with regulatory and professional standards.

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state: Illinois or Michigan
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification prior to start date
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Previous RN experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft applications
