Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by DOE/Nuclear Energy programs in Payson, AZ. This is a mission-driven, nurse-led team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with DOL, CMS and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
