Job summary

Alsana is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our Residential and PHP teams. You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and document care in our EMR with accuracy and empathy.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, phlebotomy, admissions support, and discharge planning, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care in a holistic eating disorder treatment setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Diploma, ADN, or BSN required.
• Phlebotomy skills required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (within 30 days of hire).
• Behavioral health, eating disorder, residential, or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in Residential and PHP programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, dietitians, and the clinical team.
• Administer, monitor, and document medications in accordance with Alsana policies.
• Complete nursing assessments, obtain vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and provide basic medical care.
• Support client admissions, medication reconciliation, and discharge planning.
• Assist with physician visits and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in meal support and nutrition-related activities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.

What You’ll Do
