Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse in Orlando, FL. You will provide in-home nursing care, perform OASIS assessments, and guide a care team to support patient independence and recovery.

The role offers PPV compensation, ongoing training, and a path for career growth within a supportive clinical team. Expect collaboration with supervisors and access to WellSky EMR tools.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Florida RN license (required).
• Home health care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home OASIS assessments, evaluations, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight to LPNs.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team to deliver care.
• Utilize dictation services to streamline documentation.
• Manage acute and chronic diseases.
• Administer and adjust medications.
• Support post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Manage pain and wounds.

Your role as a Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse

As a Home Health RN, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-home OASIS assessments, evaluations, and developing personalized, goal-driven treatment plans.
• Providing clinical oversightand guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
• Collaborating with patients, caregivers, and a supportive clinical team to deliver exceptional care.
• Utilizingdictation servicesto streamline documentation and maximize time for patient care.
• Acute & chronic disease management
• Medication management
• Post-surgical rehabilitation support
• Pain management
• Wound care

Qualifications:
