Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse to provide in-home care to patients in The Villages, FL, supporting independence and safe healing.

You will conduct OASIS assessments, oversee LPNs, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to deliver high-quality care with efficient documentation through dictation services.

Qualifications

• Florida Registered Nurse license (unencumbered) is required.
• Home health care experience with OASIS documentation proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home OASIS assessments, evaluations and develop goal-driven treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to LPNs.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers and clinical team to deliver care.
• Utilize dictation services to streamline documentation.
• Manage acute and chronic diseases; medication management.
• Support post-surgical rehabilitation and pain management; wound care.

Your role as a Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse

As a Home Health RN, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-homeOASIS assessments (required), evaluations, and developing personalized, goal-driven treatment plans.
• Providing clinical oversightand guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
• Collaborating with patients, caregivers, and a supportive clinical team to deliver exceptional care.
• Utilizingdictation servicesto streamline documentation and maximize time for patient care.
• Acute & chronic disease management

• Wound care

Qualifications:
