Concierge Home Care in Florida is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, focusing on recovery and independence while enjoying flexible scheduling and supportive leadership.

You will work with AI-assisted charting tools and WellSky / Kinnser EMR to streamline documentation, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and participate in mentorship and ongoing clinical training.

Qualificações

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
