Adept Rehab and Nursing of Midtown in Omaha, NE is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time shifts including 6a-6p, 6p-6a, and Fri-Sun 6p-6a, with PRN options. We are a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and nursing facility focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• RN Nebraska State License or Compact License.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
