Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Crestview, FL is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) for flexible day shifts and pay-per-visit opportunities. You’ll create and manage your own schedule, provide 1:1 in-home care, and earn based on modified full-time or PRN hours.

We use AI-assisted charting and WellSky/Kinnser EMR to reduce paperwork, with structured onboarding, mentorship, and free CEUs. Health insurance after 30 days and PTO accrual from day one support your work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Active FL RN license in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document using AI-assisted charting tools.
