Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing in patients’ homes in Trinity, FL. Enjoy flexibility with PRN, full-time, and modified schedules, plus autonomy to manage your daily visits.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, independent scheduling, and collaboration with physicians, using innovative AI-assisted charting and WellSky / Kinnser EMR tools to streamline documentation.

Competenze

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse

As a Home Health RN , you will provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes while supporting their recovery and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
