Job summary

Norriton Square Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing, rehab, long-term, and memory care units. You will perform assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor resident conditions.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support CNAs and LPNs, educate residents and families, and uphold strict clinical, safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the United States
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities
• Ability to administer medications and treatments safely
