The RN will coordinate healthcare services, monitor medical needs, and collaborate with healthcare providers. Schedule includes all shifts, including Day, Evening and Overnight, with 40 hours per week. Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required.
• BLS certification required or planned certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical appointments, annual physicals, and follow-up care.
• Monitor medications, lab results, and health assessments.
• Communicate with physicians, specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Review and oversee medication administration processes.
• Provide health-related training and education to staff.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and compliance records.
• Participate in care planning and support individualized healthcare needs.
