Job summary

Pride Health is seeking an OR RN for a contract opportunity in Manhattan. The position requires recent operating room experience and an active RN license, with a 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM shift (5x7's). Hourly rate offered is $67.

Responsibilities include circulating/scrub duties, adherence to sterile technique, and collaboration with the surgical team. 2+ years of OR experience, BLS required, ACLS may be required depending on facility, and float to acuity areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Float requirement to areas within acuity.
• Experience with perioperative nursing and surgical procedures.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control.
• Experience with scrub and/or circulating responsibilities.
• Ability to work with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team.
• Strong patient assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification may be required depending on facility.
