Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferred).
Must pass background and drug screenings per facility and state regulations.
CPR certification required (additional health screenings may apply).
Ability to lift 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and assist in patient positioning and mobility.
Deliver skilled nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient treatment plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
Conduct patient health assessments and screenings.
Respond to emergency care situations promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation and reports.
Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality standards and organizational policies.
Uphold professional and ethical standards in accordance with the American Nurses Association (ANA) guidelines.
Provide culturally competent and compassionate care that respects patient dignity and independence.
