Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) in New Britain, CT, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Behavioral Home Health team located at 233 Main Street. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.
You will provide oversight and direct care for Residential and Community Support clients, ensuring medical and psychiatric needs are met with coordinated care. The Nurse will supervise Medication Management and review referrals to ensure appropriate attention to client needs

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position starts at $70,500 per year.
Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. CMHA also takes into consideration our benefits and paid time-off package to provide a well-rounded and competitive approach to the applicant’s overall compensation.
Provides direct oversight and care of Residential and Community Support clients to ensure appropriate and necessary client medical and psychiatric services. Supervises and directs the Medication Management of all Residential and Community Support Programs while providing consultation and review of all referrals to insure appropriate attention to client needs.
