CMHA is looking to hire full-time, 1st shift, Case Manager for our Transitional Youth Program. This position will be located at 233 Main St. New Britain, CT 06051. Tuesday-Saturday 7:00am-3:00pm.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position starts at $20.00 per hour.

Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a mental health related field preferred or equivalent experience

Credentials And Licenses

• Must have valid Connecticut driver's license, a reliable vehicle Will become certified in MANDT, First Aid, and CPR.
• Participate in trainings on an annual basis, as assigned.

Experience

• Successful experience working in Case Management or related field with a solid understanding of Mental Health and co-occurring conditions, preferably a minimum of one year.
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in or the ability and willingness to learn how to use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system including: appointment scheduling, authorization tracking, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.
