Job summary

Heritage Operations Group in Mount Pulaski, IL is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our team in a full-time role. You will provide high-quality resident care as a clinical resource, supporting physicians and families with compassionate attention.

This position offers a 6:00am–6:00pm shift and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, Paid Time Off, and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current and valid RN nursing license for the state of Illinois
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents in accordance with nursing facility and nursing service policies and procedures.
• Recognize changes in conditions and notify the attending physician and family when resident becomes ill or is injured.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatment. Chart medications and treatments according to procedure.
• Ensure rehabilitative nursing procedures are performed.
