HENRY & JANE VONDERLIETH LIVING CENTER in Mount Pulaski, IL is seeking a full-time RN for the night shift (6:00pm–6:00am) to deliver high-quality resident care and serve as a clinical resource to the team. Responsibilities

• Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents in accordance with nursing facility and nursing service policies and procedures.
• Recognize changes in conditions and notify the attending physician and family when resident becomes ill or is injured.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatment. Chart medications and treatments according to procedure.
• Ensure rehabilitative nursing procedures are performed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current and valid RN nursing license for the state of Illinois
