Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse for an ambulatory OBGYN office with day shift. The RN collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver direct and indirect patient care, education, and care coordination in a diverse patient population.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, diploma, or BSN) with an Indiana RN license (or endorsement in progress) and CPR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN, diploma, or BSN)
• Indiana RN license or active RN license from another state with endorsement in progress
• CPR certification required upon hire or within 60 days
• Minimum of six months of ambulatory care experience preferred
• Experience across multiple clinical areas preferred

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care in an ambulatory setting, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement nursing interventions and patient education.
• Ensure coordination of care and patient education aligned with the plan of care in an OBGYN ambulatory office
