Job summary

Everwell’s Ridgeview behavioral health team is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, supervise nursing staff, support crisis intervention, and contribute to treatment and recovery.

The RN will assess and monitor behavioral health patients, administer medications, respond to emergencies, participate in treatment planning, educate patients about medications and wellness, and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications and crisis intervention techniques.

Position Summary
