Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Oklahoma. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing assessments, and provide nursing care per physician orders.

You will monitor changes, educate patients and families, and ensure safe, high-quality care in patients' homes. Requirements include a current RN license, 1+ year clinical nursing experience, and reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, AA or BS).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Job Description

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
