Job summary

A home care provider in Mastic is seeking experienced registered nurses (RNs) to provide quality care for patients in a home environment. The position offers flexible shifts of varying lengths and includes competitive pay rates. Ideal candidates will possess a valid NYS RN license and a CPR certification. Training and shadowing are available for those new to home care. This role supports both per diem and long-term private duty cases.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NYS RN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Home care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a home setting.
• Work with ventilator patients.
• Flexibility with shifts: 4, 8, or 12 hours.
• Document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes.
