Job summary

360 Support Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive direct patient care in line with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act. You will develop and evaluate nursing care plans, administer medications, and supervise clinical support staff.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, monitoring, interpreting results, coordinating with LPNs and CNAs, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active Registered Nurse license from the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) or a valid Multi-State Compact RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred depending on unit.
• 1+ years of acute care or relevant clinical nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome in residency programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and contribute to nursing care plans.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and clinical treatments (oral, IV, SC).
• Direct and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other assistive personnel.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge instructions; maintain documentation in the EHR.

What we’re looking for
