Job summary

Recovery Centers of America in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to assess patients, administer medications, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• 2 years' experience in behavioral health or related fields preferred.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Three shifts per week. Self scheduling rotation.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team , including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on addiction recovery processes and effective self-care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate , confidential documentation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals.

What We’re Looking For

• An active RN license that permits you to work in Maryland
• 2 years' experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or related fields (preferred).
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it during orientation.
• Strong clinical judgment and the capacity to manage medical and behavioral health emergencies effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills , with a commitment to compassionate patient care.
