Job summary

Recovery Centers of America is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support addiction recovery efforts at the Earleville location. This role emphasizes individualized patient assessments, medication administration, and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team.

The RN will educate patients and families, monitor progress, and maintain confidential records while contributing to a compassionate, inclusive treatment environment across shifts in Earleville, Maryland.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (per-diem)

What You’ll Do

As An Addiction Recovery RN At RCA, You Will

• Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on addiction recovery processes and effective self-care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals.

What We’re Looking For

• An active RN license in [state]
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or related fields (preferred).
