Sevita’s MENTOR Aging Well Adult Day Center in Marlborough, MA is hiring an RN to deliver compassionate, person-centered care for adults and seniors in our daytime program. You will collaborate with participants, families, nurses, and the care team to support health, safety, and well-being.

This full-time role offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Massachusetts RN license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants’ health and wellness.
• Complete health assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Help create and follow individual care plans.
• Provide health education and wellness support.
• Communicate with nurses, doctors, families and care team members.

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

About The Position
