Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare in Texas seeks a PRN RN to deliver in-home patient care in the Lubbock area. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, provide skilled nursing and educate families, enabling high-quality, safe home care with a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas RN license, have home health or acute care experience, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (required).
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience (preferred).
