Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a Texas-licensed RN for PRN in-home patient care in the Rockwall area. You’ll deliver one-on-one skilled nursing services at patients’ homes, developing care plans and educating families. This role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, patient-centered work.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of home health or acute care experience, strong clinical judgment, and reliable transportation. Per-visit pay applies as you travel to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home patient assessments.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, meds, catheter care, chronic disease management).
