Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare seeks an RN to provide one-on-one in-home care in Canyon, TX, on a PRN basis. You’ll perform assessments, develop care plans, deliver skilled nursing care, and educate families to ensure safe, effective home-based treatment.

The role offers autonomy with a flexible, self-managed schedule and meaningful patient-centered work. Active Texas RN license and home health experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home patient assessments.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, meds, catheter care, chronic disease management).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
