Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center in Long Beach, CA. The RN will oversee nursing duties, supervise staff, and support rapid mental health evaluations and crisis intervention around the clock.

The role requires a CA RN license, CPR/First Aid, a valid driver's license, and preferably 1 year of mental health experience with supervision. Competitive hourly compensation and full benefits are offered.

• California Driver's License
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of mental health care experience preferred
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to successfully pass the facility Medication Test

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing duties and related nursing activities for clients.
• Supervise nursing department staff on their shift.
• Provide rapid mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and medication support.
• Support other clinicians in treatment planning and care coordination.
