Job Duties:

Reviews and processes state and federal survey kits.
Completes quality assurance reviews on submitted surveys, ensuring federal and state guidelines are met. Prepares letters, forms, and reports.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas.
