Job summary

The RN will maintain precise MARs and patient records using electronic health record systems, ensuring safety protocols are followed and care plans are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations and assess patient health status.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Perform IV insertion and catheterization when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the team.
