Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fertility treatment cycles from diagnostics to treatment planning.
• Educate patients on medications and IVF procedures.
• Triage calls and messages about meds, labs, and plans.
• Document care in EMR with HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate orders, instructions, and labs to patients promptly.
• Transcribe prescriptions and manage prior authorizations.
• Perform phlebotomy and administer medications; record vitals.
• Assist with patient prep, specimen collection, and room flow.
• Circulate for pre-, intra-, post-op; perform ultrasound during IUI/ET.
• Maintain stocked, clean treatment areas; support daily patient flow.

The Registered Nurse provides high‑quality clinical support across all phases of patient care — from diagnostics through treatment — while delivering an exceptional patient experience. As a key member of our clinical team, you will

• Coordinate patient fertility treatment cycles from diagnostic testing through treatment planning
• Provide patient education and counseling on medications, treatment protocols, and IVF procedures
• Triage patient calls and messages related to medications, lab results, and treatment plans
• Accurately document care in the EMR while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance
• Communicate physician orders, instructions, and lab results to patients in a timely manner
• Transcribe and transmit prescriptions and manage prior authorizations
• Perform phlebotomy, administer medications (subcutaneous, intramuscular, oral), and record vital signs and histories
• Assist with patient preparation, specimen collection, and exam/procedure room flow
• Circulate for pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op procedures
• Perform abdominal ultrasound during IUI and embryo transfer procedures
• Maintain organized, safe, and fully stocked treatment areas
• Support smooth daily patient flow and provide compassionate guidance to patients and families
