PMC Medical Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support an onsite occupational health clinic in Bloomington, IL. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with first shift hours and a competitive hourly pay of $40–$45 depending on experience.

The RN will provide direct patient care, evaluate minor illnesses, assist with procedures, and coordinate care plans for timely return-to-work outcomes while maintaining high safety and confidentiality standards.

Schedule & Compensation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an occupational health clinic setting
• Evaluate and treat a variety of minor illnesses, injuries, and workplace-related conditions
• Perform patient intake including medical history, vitals, and reason for visit
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directedAssist with workplace injury care and workers’ compensation documentation and reporting
• Monitor patients for treatment responses and report any changes in condition
• Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up care, and preventive health
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Coordinate referrals, tests, and treatment plans with providers
• Support return-to-work evaluations and modified duty planning
• Assist with clinic operations including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply management
• Perform clinical tasks such as:
• Phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Assisting with physical exams and minor procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois and BLS Certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Strong documentation and patient communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical safety standards and patient confidentiality regulations
