Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for a role in a long-term and post-acute care setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive services.

You will educate residents and families about health conditions and care plans, mentor CNAs, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to elevate care standards.
