Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina to join our care team in a full-time weekday- day shift. You will provide clinical nursing care, support efficient patient flow, and contribute to high-quality, compassionate patient experiences.

Requirements include a graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license; 1–3 years' RN experience preferred. This position emphasizes teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• 1–3 years' RN experience preferred.
• Current RN license in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient flow of patients including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care, and admissions/Testing.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
• Check rooms daily for necessary supplies.
• Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls and triage when needed.

What you will do in this role:

• You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions


• You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results


• You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders


• You will check rooms daily for necessary supplies


• You will respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed)

What Qualifications you will need:

• Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required


• 1-3 years' experience as a registered nurse is preferred


• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations
