Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our practice in Rochester, NH. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive team environment.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, daytime shifts with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements. Responsibilities include patient flow management, patient education, recordkeeping, medication administration, and coordination of care with physicians.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Experience: 1–3 years' nursing experience preferred.
• Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient flow of patients, including screening, exam prep, general nursing care, and admissions arrangements.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients’ records with tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
• Check rooms daily for necessary supplies.
• Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (including triage as needed).
• Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Registered Nurse RN for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

What you will do in this role

• You will manage efficient flow of patients including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions
• You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
• You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results
• You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders
• You will check rooms daily for necessary supplies
• You will respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed)
• Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.

What Qualifications you will need

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required
• Experience: 1-3 years' experience as a registered nurse is preferred
• Certification/ License: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations
