Westmoreland Manor is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a team that prioritizes resident care. The facility offers full-time shifts with a generous benefits package and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Orientation is provided, followed by 6:50am–3:10pm or 2:50pm–11:10pm shifts; 12-hour options and rotating schedules are available. Qualified candidates must graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing and hold a PA RN license.

2026 Rate: $34.60/hr plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus!

This position requires orientation on various shifts; after completion of orientation open full-time shifts are 6:50am - 3:10pm OR 2:50pm - 11:10pm. We also have 12-hour shift options for RNs: 6:50A-7:10P or 6:50P-7:10A Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 6:50A-7:10P or 6:50P-7:10A Saturday, Sunday, Monday. There is also a "variable rotating" 12-hour program for 6:50A-7:10P OR 6:50P-7:10A; variable rotating staff are scheduled for 3 days one week and 4 days the following week, with every other weekend off! The variable rotating option also has eight hours of "built in" overtime every other week!

What you will be doing as a Registered Nurse (RN) with us

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintains nursing care standards; ensures that nursing care given to each resident is in accordance with established standards of care

• Records observations accurately and concisely; completes records and reports as directed by the institution and required by law

• Assigns nursing care duties in accordance with the residents needs and personnel capabilities and qualifications

What you need to be a Registered Nurse (RN) with us

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and current valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (license)

• Physical ability to do heavy lifting

• Successful completion of all levels of pre-employment screening and tuberculosis testing

*Sign-On Bonus criteria includes, but is not limited to: Bonus program only offered for candidates applying for full-time and hired on or after February 12th, 2024. Bonus to be disbursed in four payments over the course of a 1-year period (after 45 calendar days, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year mark from first date of employment). Installment amounts detailed in guidelines. Employee's continued eligibility dependent on attendance and punctuality, as defined in guidelines. Those offered a position within the last month prior to the launch of the sign-on bonus program are not eligible. Casual, temp, self-schedule, or part-time nurses or nurse aides are not eligible. Former employees only eligible if this is the second incidence of rehire and have not left in the three months prior to start of program.
