Job summary

Francis Marion Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate RNs to join our care team in Marion, Virginia. This full-time role includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus and responsibilities to manage nursing care, supervise aides, monitor residents, and coordinate with physicians and families.

You will ensure privacy of health information and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as residents’ conditions change. Virginia RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license (unrestricted)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience supervising nurse aides (from responsibilities)

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
