Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role with daily pay. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed according to standards and physician orders.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Virginia, with valid BLS (CPR) certification, and strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of va.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
