Job summary

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community in Wisconsin. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to impact residents’ lives with compassionate, quality care. Full time and part time roles offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth within a values-driven team.

Shifts include 1st: 6:45am–3:15pm in Memory Care and 3rd: 11:00pm–7:30am in Skilled Nursing, with emphasis on respect, collaboration, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin required.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting a plus.
• Passion for quality, person-centered care and respectful interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care according to resident care plans and facility policies.
• Foster a culture of respect and dignity with residents, families, and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident health and ensure timely documentation and communication.
