Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and organizes care for patients undergoing infertility treatment, habitual loss, or hormone replacement therapy.
• Provides and documents clinical care independently and with physician orders and department policies.
• Evaluates patients’ psychosocial needs and develops appropriate strategies.
• Performs on-telephone assessment and follows up with patients; communicates test results and instructions.
• Communicates with patients, physicians, staff, and patients’ families in a courteous, hospitable manner.
• Maintains compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA and quality assurance standards.
