Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health in Kansas to join our team delivering high-quality in-home care. You will assess patients, develop and execute care plans, monitor conditions, and educate families while communicating with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, has 1+ year of clinical experience, and is willing to travel between patient homes. We offer comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
