Job summary

MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Fort Worth, TX team on a per diem basis. Both day and night shifts are available, offering a meaningful opportunity to impact patient lives within a supportive healthcare network.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, administer treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. New graduates are welcome; BLS/CPR required with ACLS preferred depending on specialty.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred depending on specialty.
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR/EHR systems
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions
