• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

• Assess patients: Evaluate physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs with the care team.
• Develop care plans: Create personalized plans prioritizing patient needs and goals.
• Deliver patient care: Provide evidence-based care, educate patients and families, and implement hospital policies.
• Evaluate outcomes: Monitor patient responses and adjust care using evidence-based practices.
• Drive improvement: Support Performance Improvement initiatives with the Clinical Manager.
• Promote High Reliability: Apply High Reliability principles to improve care and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor: Motivate, educate, and mentor peers while managing patient care.
• Document care: Record nursing processes, plans, education, and responses in the EMR.
• Maintain compliance: Adhere to policies and complete required training.
